Consumer Road

So, there's this new project going up at 155 Consumer Rd. It's gonna be a mix of different things, like shops, offices, and entertainment stuff, all on a huge lot that's over 1.6 hectares. The location is really convenient, right near a bunch of important stuff like highways (401 & 404) and subway stations. The design is pretty cool too. There's a big podium with some towers on top, and on the ground floor there are stores and other things that people can check out while walking around. Then, on the higher floors of the podium, there are offices and more fun stuff to do. One of the best parts is the rooftop garden and green roof, which will be a great place to hang out during the day and at night. The towers themselves are gonna be three 29-story buildings, each with a bunch of different uses. And right in the center of the whole thing, there's this awesome courtyard that's gonna be a really cool gathering spot. It's gonna bring a lot of light and energy to the whole project!
